anyway, Venezuela post tell that it was despatched somewhere ( and i guess that it was despatched to destination office) however it was not received in destination, then it means it was lost, and you need to claim venezuela post to find where it is the item. If item returned to russia, then you could see it at russian post tracking events, but its not there. |

Shipment details: RS522011454NL Mailed out using Post NL. As you can read it has been in transit well over a month. July 22 reported arriving in country of destination (Canada) and then on July 28 reverted back to on transport to the country of destination. Canada Post have no record of it in their system. Supplier says to be patient. |

As mentioned, Canada Post have no record of the parcel in their system. The problem seems to originate from Post NL since the parcel has yet to reach Canada. |

Canada Post just interested You to send via parcel, because they get more compensation for delivery of the parcels... so this is manually made problem for Canadians... Normal postal services provide this data for registered items. |
